Nhan, a mischievous young boy gets his test result today. Sadly, he received 3. Affraid that his mom would get upset and won’t buy him new toys anymore. he has no other way but to lie. He manages to turn a 3 into an 8 with the hope that he can fool his mom. Unfortunately, through a conversation with his classmate Tai, he finds out that his teacher has already informed his parents about his sub-par performance. Anxious that his lie might be exposed, he must find ways to hide the test result by all means. The only place he could find now is under his mom’s plants. But then, Nhan can no longer lie to his mother as the plant is dying after being dug up. But mom doesn’t get mad with Nhan about that, at least, she thinks so, as she thought her son was sorry. She then forgives him and buys him new toys to keep her word. Nhan thought everything was over, and he has got away with his lie successfully. The real surprise comes afterward on the weekend when his teacher called his mom.
