Maryam is a British-Iranian animator-director with an MA Animation from Royal College of Art. Maryam’s 2019 film Grandad was a romantic won the BAFTA British Short Animation Award, Public Choice Award at British Animation Awards and Best Animation at Rhode Island IFF. Maryam has been commissioned by the London Symphony Orchestra.
