Gisela Levy is an Indonesian filmmaker whose works often explore themes of loss and longing. She works as an assistant director on various projects, including commercials, web series, and music videos. Gisela is an alumna of the ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator: FLY 2019. In her spare time, she writes and directs her own short films, such as A Daughter’s Lullaby (2022), which was selected for the Bali International Film Festival (Balinale) and Jakarta Film Week 2022, and Passing (2023), which won second place in the Europe on Screen Short Film Pitching Project 2022 and was selected for the Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival (JAFF) 2023.
