Efata is a deaf student who has just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. During his job hunt, however, he is continuously discriminated against due to his condition. The social stigma against the Deaf dampens his self-esteem as Efata begins to question his own capabilities.
Daniel Jhon Kevin Gultom has been very interested in filmmaking since studying at a Film & TV vocational high school in 2018. He really likes realism films and once won a gold medal in the documentary short film category at the FLS2N 2020. One of his short fiction films with the international title Forgive Me. Thank You (2023) received production funding from CinemaWorld in the Cinemashort program.
