One evening, Mei went home earlier to celebrate her mother’s birthday, but she couldn’t find her anywhere in the house. It turns out that her mother, Yin, had secretly gone shopping for her own death rite. Mei was worried sick, but after her mom safely got home, Mei realized that loss lingers still.
Kay was born in Bandung, 2003. Since childhood, he loved to explore various fields of art, such as music, design, and photography. In high school, he started to enjoy the process of making videos for school assignments. When he heard about the film industry, he thought that film could be the centre point of his interest. Now studying film at Multimedia Nusantara University, Kay is trying to explore various roles in film production, from sound designer, editor, scriptwriter, to director. He hopes to learn more about how to express his perspective on life through film.
