The City Is Calling follows a man who escapes into nature, seeking peace and solitude. But even in the stillness of the wild, he cannot outrun the relentless noise of the city—alarms, notifications, and echoes of urban life that continue to haunt him. In just 34 hours of creation, this short film becomes a visceral reflection of modern anxiety and the inescapable grip of a fast-moving world.
