Chloe, a spirit-seeing woman, reunites with her ghostly relatives during the annual Hungry Ghost Festival. This year however, Chloe messes up the rituals and has possibly doomed her mother’s soul to eternal hunger. She now has to find her mother’s lost soul by retracing her past before time runs out.
Jerold Lim is a Singaporean filmmaker drawn to stories of the human experience. He was trained in broadcast studies at NTU WKWSCI with roots in school theatre. He wrote and directed his short, ‘One Last Supper’, inspired by his close observations of people and the quiet emotions they carry.
