Caitlin, a 6-year-old girl, navigates her life amidst the commotion of her family’s arguments in a Hokkien dialect she doesn’t understand. She tries to make sense of the confusing pressures and emotions around her through the rhythmic sound of a ping pong ball.
Andrew Kose is a writer and director based in Jakarta, whose short films have screened at local and international festivals. He was nominated at Festival Film Indonesia 2019, won the Jakarta Film Fund Award in 2021, and joined the 2024 International Film Camp, NAFF Fantastic Film School, and Platform Busan.
