A very special evening to celebrate John Badalu, a figure in film festival and film industry. Though he might be gone, his spirit must continue. Some of John’s friends will be in attendance to share their special memories with John. Through SPECIAL EVENING FOR JOHN, we invite all generations of film and film festival workers, audiences, and John’s friends to talk about how we can work together and collaborate, encompassing generations, and keep the flames aflame.

Two special films: MY THERAPIST SAID, I AM FULL OF SADNESS and BASRI & SALMA IN A NEVER ENDING COMEDY will be screened after the tribute.
