Come Moon (Indonesian Title: Datang Bulan) is a short documentary that tells the story of a teenage Indonesian girl’s inconvenient experience of having her menstruation as it is commonly viewed as taboo in her village.
Clarissa Ruth Natan is an independent filmmaker from Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, Clarissa holds a bachelor’s degree in visual design communication from Universitas Pelita Harapan. With her technical and artistic dedication to storytelling, Clarissa has been actively involved in the commercial and original films of Anatman Pictures.
