A woman decides to voodoo her cheating husband back into love, but instead invites a mysterious presence into her home, causing an unexpected butterfly effect. Tam, a hardworking staff member at a wedding venue, finds out her husband’s affair on Live TV. Instead of confronting him, she seeks to win back his love with the help of a powerful spell master. Tam’s daughter, Ha, disapproves of her mother’s way of handling her father’s affair but has stopped trying to reason with her. She just dreams of fleeing home for a brighter future abroad with her boyfriend. Meanwhile, a mysterious being known as the House Spirit lurks beneath their leaky and cracked ceiling, visible only to them.
