GENERAL INFORMATION
Short ≤ 25 minutes | Feature ≥ 60 minutes. See Regulations. Please write the runtime in whole minutes only. For example: '10' means 10 minutes. Don’t write decimals like 10.35 or 10:35.

All submitted films will be considered for all relevant sections of Jakarta Film Week, including both competition and non-competition programs (as outlined in the Regulations)

If you feel your film connects with any of our thematic showcases (Herstory, Fantasea, Emergency Broadcast, or Family Time) you may indicate it below.

This step is optional and will not limit your film’s consideration in any way.

CONSENT

In signing this agreement, the company lending and/or representing the film:

  • Hereby bindingly enters the film in the Jakarta Film Week 2026 and commits to not withdrawing it from the festival.
  • Confirms that any third parties involved in the production of the film have agreed to it being entered in the festival.
  • Grants Jakarta Film Week the right to use the press and publicity materials as well as the film and audio excerpts listed previously for the purpose of PR & marketing. Any additional uses require a separate agreement.
  • Certifies that they hold all the necessary rights, including the copyright and intellectual property rights, for entering the film in the festival and making the press and publicity materials as well as the film and audio excerpts available to the festival.
