To quote from the Art Coalition (Koalisi Seni), as film workers, we are required to manage our emotions when dealing with various parties; from maintaining harmony during shooting, being respectful to funders, to fighting bullying and violence across industry lines. For the sake of mental well-being, let’s exchange experiences and find ways to stay emotionally resilient, together with film workers from different work environments: April Priscilla from production, Putri Ayudya as an intimacy coordinator, and Rain Cuaca as program manager.
